• Payment Information: Payment details are securely processed through Stripe and our other authorized payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Audio & Video Recordings: By participating in 1-on-1 coaching calls or Group Coaching calls, you acknowledge that these sessions may be recorded. Group call recordings may be uploaded to our internal community library for educational purposes.
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
• To deliver the coaching program, course materials, and community access.
• To process payments and manage subscription/installment terms.
• To manage client relationships using our CRM system (GoHighLevel).
• To send program updates, onboarding details, and operational communications.
• To resolve disputes: To provide evidence of service delivery and contract acceptance in the event of a chargeback, legal dispute, or collections action.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate our business and fulfill your order:
• Stripe: For payment processing.
• GoHighLevel (GHL): For CRM, email automation, scheduling, and funnel hosting.
• Discord: For community hosting, member access, and event coordination.
• ManyChat: For DM automation and Instagram conversation flows used in program delivery.
• Zoom: For hosting and recording coaching sessions.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook): For conversion tracking and advertising optimization.
• Vercel: For website hosting.
• Legal & Financial Authorities: We may disclose your information to debt collection agencies, credit bureaus, or legal counsel if necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or recover unpaid debts.
MOBILE DATA PRIVACY (A2P COMPLIANCE)
Notwithstanding the above, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as our CRM provider) is permitted strictly for the purpose of operational delivery. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
PURSUIT CLOTHING LLC operates with a global team. Your data may be accessed by our employees or contractors located outside your country of residence (including the US and other jurisdictions) for the purpose of fulfillment and support. We ensure these transfers comply with standard data protection practices.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal/tax obligations, and resolve disputes. General customer records are stored for up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
